Lakeshore Home Builders is a family owned business in southwest Michigan, owned by Jim and Sue Zimmer.  We are located south of Niles, Michigan, just 1 mile north of the Indiana state line.  Jim has been in the housing business for over 35 years and has been the owner of Lakeshore since 1999.

 

Our homes are built using All American Homes Building Systems and we are the general contractor for as much, or as little, of the project that you might want.  We first meet with you to determine your “perfect home”.  Then we decide the building process – either we complete the home from start to finish or you can complete as little or as much of the process yourself.  We also can enhance your new home by adding other amenities such as a deck, three season room, covered porch and garage, in order to truly make “your house your home”.

 

Whatever style you prefer, whether it is a ranch, cape cod or two story, you can choose from hundreds of floor plans to suit your lifestyle. And, if desired, we can customize most designs to further meet your needs.  We also offer a wide variety of upgrades of floorings, cabinets and countertops so your house will have the custom look that is truly your own.
